How do I archive or delete a project?
Archive hides a project without losing data. Full deletion only happens via account deletion.
Two different things you might want.
Archive a project (hide from main view)
Use this when a project is finished or you have changed your mind, but you want to keep the data.
- Open the project.
- Click the ⋯ (more) menu next to the project title.
- Choose Archive project.
The project disappears from your active projects list and stops counting against any future limits. It is still searchable and viewable under Projects → Archived. You can unarchive it at any time.
Delete a project permanently
We do not currently offer per-project hard deletion from the UI. This is deliberate: most "I want to delete this project" requests are really "I want to hide it" requests, and archive does that cleanly without risk of losing data you might want later.
If you genuinely need to permanently destroy a project's data (e.g. you uploaded a private document by mistake), email support@havnwright.com with the project name. We can hard-delete on request.
Deleting your whole account
This wipes all your projects in one go. See how to delete my account.
