Can I share a project with my partner or builder?
Project sharing is on the roadmap, not yet live. Current workarounds and what is coming.
Project sharing is not live yet. It is on the roadmap and one of the most-requested features. Here is the honest picture.
What works today
- One account, one set of projects. Two adults sharing a renovation typically share one Havnwright account by using the same login. Not elegant, but it works for couples renovating together.
- You can download a project's quote comparisons, budget summary and Scope of Works as PDFs and share those via email/WhatsApp with a builder or partner.
What is coming
We are scoping multi-user projects with three planned roles:
- Owner: full control, billing, can delete.
- Collaborator (e.g. a partner): can edit photos, add quotes, log snags.
- Viewer (e.g. a builder): can see scope, plans and progress photos, cannot edit budget or quotes.
No fixed launch date yet. Watch the roadmap for updates.

Vote for it on the roadmap page. The features homeowners actively ask for get prioritised.
