Why was I logged out?
Sessions, password changes and multi-device sign-in: the three normal reasons your session ends.
If Havnwright signed you out without you clicking sign-out, one of three things usually happened.
1. Your session expired
Sessions last for roughly two weeks of inactivity. If you have not opened the dashboard in that time, you will be asked to sign in again. This is a security feature, not a bug. Just sign in again and your dashboard is exactly where you left it.
2. You (or someone) changed the password
When the account password changes, every active session is invalidated. That includes the session you used to make the change. You will be asked to sign in once with the new password.
If you did not change your password and you have been signed out everywhere, treat this as a security event: reset your password immediately, then email support@havnwright.com so we can review the account.
3. You signed in on another device
Signing in on a new device does not normally log out the old one. But if you signed in via password reset (which invalidates the existing session) or if you used the same browser profile from two devices, the older session can drop. Just sign in again.
How to stay signed in
Make sure your browser allows cookies for havnwright.com and is not set to clear cookies on close. Private/incognito windows sign you out the moment you close the tab.
