My confirmation email never arrived

Where to look first, why this happens, and how to get a fresh confirmation email sent.

When you sign up we send an email asking you to confirm your address. Until you click that link, your account cannot sign in. Here is how to get unstuck.

1. Check the obvious places

Look in:

  • Spam / Junk folder
  • Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • Other inbox (Outlook)
  • Any aliases you have set up

Search for "Havnwright" to find it quickly.

2. Did you typo your email?

We warn about likely typos during signup, but it is still possible to register with the wrong address. Common ones:

  • gmial.com instead of gmail.com
  • hotnail.com instead of hotmail.com
  • yaho.com instead of yahoo.com

If you typed it wrong, the email is sitting in someone else's inbox. The fastest fix is to sign up again with the correct address.

3. Request a new confirmation email

If your address is correct, try the "Resend confirmation email" button on the login page. Enter your email and we will send a fresh link.

4. Email blocked at the source

A small number of corporate and educational email systems block automated emails. If nothing arrives, try registering with a personal Gmail/Outlook/iCloud address.

5. Last resort

Email support@havnwright.com with the email address you used to sign up. We can manually confirm your account.
