How do I reset my password?

Step-by-step password reset, and what to do when the reset email does not arrive.

Resetting your password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click "Forgot password?" under the password field.
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with.
  4. Open the email titled "Reset your Havnwright password" and click the link inside.
  5. Set a new password (minimum 8 characters, ideally a passphrase).
  6. You will be signed in automatically.

The reset link expires

Reset links are valid for one hour for security. If yours has expired, request a new one from the login page.

The reset email never arrives

Check your Spam / Promotions / Junk folders. If it is not there:

  • Make sure you entered the same address you signed up with. If you have multiple emails, try each.
  • Some corporate email systems block password-reset emails. Try a personal Gmail/Outlook/iCloud address if available.
  • Wait five minutes and try again. Some providers throttle bulk email.

If you still see nothing, email support@havnwright.com from the address you registered with.
