Starter, Professional, Business, Scale: what each tier costs and what it unlocks. Choosing the right one.

Contractor subscriptions are billed monthly. You can switch tier up or down at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Starter (free)

For sole traders just starting out. Includes:

Up to 10 active jobs at once
Basic time tracking and expenses
Up to 20 photos per job
Basic invoicing (PDF + email)
Mobile app + web portal

No card on file. Stay on Starter as long as you want.

Professional (£19/mo)

Most popular tier. Includes everything in Starter, plus:

Unlimited active jobs
Unlimited photos
CIS handling (Construction Industry Scheme tax deductions)
Mileage tracking with HMRC-compliant rate calculation
Quote builder with templates and library
Calendar with reminders
Document vault
Priority email support

Business (£39/mo)

For contractors with a small team. Everything in Professional, plus:

Up to 5 team members (operatives or office staff)
Crews: group team members into crews for scheduling
Team calendar with overlapping job views
RAMS templates (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Performance analytics per team member
Payments: collect deposits and milestone payments via Stripe Connect
Suppliers address book with pricing history

Scale (custom pricing)

For larger contractors. Everything in Business, plus:

Unlimited team members
Multi-location (separate dashboards per office/region)
API access for integrations with your accounting software
Dedicated account manager
Custom onboarding

How to pick

Just you, fewer than 10 jobs a month: Starter.
Just you, busy: Professional.
You + at least one other person on site: Business.
Multiple crews or regional teams: Scale.

Professional and Business include a 30-day free trial. No card up front. We'll remind you 3 days before the trial ends, and you stay on Starter if you don't add a card.
